About Sonny

Sonny, the only boy born out of our first litter, was just too irresistible to part with. Back then, he just blew us away with his playful antics, his sooky soppy personality and handsome looks. Now at around 50 kilos in weight and 27 inches in height, his mere presence makes him a force to be reckoned with, though underneath it all he's a complete softy.

Sonny is always a big hit with people of all ages. He attracts them like bees to a honey pot. Certainly not the shy type, he quite often offers kisses and a paw to those who greet him. Sonny’s loving nature shines through where ever we go. With never a grumble, he’s a true ambassador for the breed.

At home Sonny is just one big sook. Not the most obedient dog, but certainly the most sensitive. A bad case of selective hearing will often result in a raised voice, melting him like butter. With head and body lowered, he comes crawling back with just the very tip of the tail wagging in the hope of forgiveness. With his sad sorry eyes looking up who could resist?
